How We Work Together

  • 1. Intro Call or Scheduling First Session

    I leave it up to your preference- either a quick 10-minute phone call to make sure we’re a good fit or skipping the call and scheduling the first session.

  • 2. Initial Session

    50-minute initial session. We’ll dive into your history, patterns, and goals.

  • 3. Personalized Support

    Ongoing sessions to build consistency and confidence. Frequency of follow-up is flexible, but typically weekly or bi-weekly to start.
