FAQs

  • Do you accept insurance?

I am currently in-network with Regence, Premera, Lifewise, United, and First Choice Health Network.

If your insurance is not listed above, I can provide you with a superbill for the session that you may submit to insurance for reimbursement. Please note that a superbill does not guarantee insurance reimbursement, and payment of the session fee is due at the time of service.

  • What is your no-show and late cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible, ideally more than 24 hours in advance of our session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • Can we meet virtually?

Yes! Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. I offer telehealth sessions on weekdays and have a limited number of in-person sessions on Sundays in Queen Anne.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made via cash, check, debit, or credit. Payment in full is due before or at the start of the session.

  • Will you collaborate with other providers?

Yes, I am happy to collaborate with other care providers and believe collaboration can be highly beneficial to your care and our work together. You will need to sign a Release of Information form, which I will provide in session, to authorize my communication with your providers.

  • Will you recommend weight loss?

No! My practice is weight-inclusive and Health at Every Size® informed, meaning I will never recommend weight loss or dieting. My goal is to support and guide you in tuning in to internal body cues, eating adequately to nourish your body, having freedom and permission with all foods, and developing a more positive relationship with food, body, and movement overall.
